Sink into sound without sight at immersive Spanish artist’s show

Slip on a mask and blindfold to become part of the show when an experimental sound composer performs this weekend in Bangkok.

Francisco Lopez will mix industrial and natural sounds in a two-hour set Saturday and Sunday at arts venue Bangkok 1899.

Lopez, a veteran of the Ars Electronica Festival, will perform with the support of the Embassy of Spain in Bangkok. 

Tickets start at THB500 (50% discount for students) and are available online.

Bangkok 1899 is located on Nakhon Sawan Road in Bangkok’s old quarter, not far from the Phanfa Bridge. The nearest public transit is the Saen Saeb canal taxi’s Phanfa Pier.
