Pimmada “Pim” Boriruksuppakorn, popular singer and member of the legendary girl group “Zaza”, announced yesterday she is battling the first stage of ovarian cancer.
The 35-year-old singer told the press yesterday that she has had five chemotherapies which has caused her to lose her hair. Pim hoping to have her last chemo session next month.
“I received so much support from family and friends in the industry. They taught me how to learn from this and fight the disease,” Pim told Post Today.
Pim’s doctors said her chance of recovering is 90 percent.
After the news spread, hundreds of fans took over her Instagram and posted get-well-soon messages to the singer.
