An internet star famous for her sex tapes has landed the role of a Thai prostitute in a Hong Kong film about sex workers in Thailand called “Sara”.
In the teaser launched last week, internet idol Sunadcha ‘Nes’ Tadrabiab plays a teen sex worker in Chiang Mai and a love interest of the main character, Sara, played by Charlene Choi.
Sara is about a Hong Kong woman who flies to Thailand to waste her days in a drunken stupor after her life falls apart. As Sara is about to take her own life, she meets a Thai teen sex worker who rekindles her desire to live again.
Somehow the urge to rescue this young prostitute gives Sara a new-found love for life and a new energy as she confronts her dark past.
Sara is scheduled for release on March 5 in Hong Kong theaters. There has been no confirmation on whether the movie will be shown in Thailand.
