A couple of things we like: cold beer and great music. Cool news for us, those two things are coming together on Wednesday 30th September. The good people of Singha are bringing pop star Robbie Williams to the Kingdom as part of his Let Me Entertain You tour.
“Singha Corporation Presents Robbie Williams in Bangkok” is going down at Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani for a range of ticket prices starting at just 2,000 THB.
The dapper English star will be stopping in Bangkok in the midst of his Asia tour. He’s kicking things off in Beijing, then headed to Shanghai, swooping down to Hong Kong, making a quick pit stop in Kuala Lampur to warm up before blowing up Bangkok. His show wraps up in Singapore.

From 1990-1995 and again in 2009-2012, Williams crooned in the smashing British pop group Take That. After he established himself as a musically inclined heartthrob, Williams broke out on his own to take on the scene solo. Naturally, he went on to totally kill it, selling more than 60 million albums and singles worldwide, winning 17 Brit Awards, etc.
To top off those accolades, the man has made a place for himself in the Guinness Book of World Records by selling the most show tickets within a day in 2006. No big deal, just 1.6 million tickets. Casual.
The upbeat “Rock DJ”
The UK Music Hall of Fame member currently has an 11th album out called Under the Radar Volume 1 and we’re looking forward to hearing some of that when he comes to Bangkok. You can’t help but melt a little when you hear his unique voice; it’s no wonder he’s one of pop’s greatest entertainers.
We’re hoping to hear some classic like “Rock DJ,” “Let Me Entertain You,” and “Millennium” to name a few. Actually, we’re just stoked to see him at all, honestly. That is one handsome man.
“Let Me Entertain You”
We digress — go to the concert for the music and leave the shallow gawking to us. Tickets are available at all ThaiTicketMajor outlets or on Thai Ticket Major. For more info on the British fun, visit www.bectero.com or www.facebook/bectero.com.
