After announcing a Phuket gig last month, American hip-hop star Wiz Khalifa has confirmed that he will also be making his Bangkok debut later this year.

Best known for massive hits such as “Black and Yellow,” “Roll Up,” and “See You Again” (from the soundtrack of Hollywood blockbuster Furious 7), Wiz Khalifa will be bringing his show to Thailand’s capital city in September, as local promoter Viji Corp announced on Monday.

Supporting acts for the night are Maiyarap, Ben Bizzy and Thailand’s rapper-of-the-moment Twopee Southside.

Tickets are THB2,500 each and will be available for purchase online starting 10pm local time this Saturday, June 22.

The concert, which is limited to attendees who are 20 years of age and older, will take place on September 11 at Muang Thai GMM Live House. The event hall is located on the eighth floor of CentralWorld downtown shopping mall.

After playing in Bangkok, Khalifa will head south to perform at another gig at Illuzion Phuket on Patong Beach the next day. Tickets for that show are currently THB2,000 and are available online here.
