Over 20 performers from the Alcazar Cabaret Show Pattaya thronged Wat Klang Ko Rakam in Ayutthaya this Sunday to bid a final farewell to their friend – Meechok Changsorn.
Meechok died from pneumonia at the age of 45. She had worked at the famous cabaret house for 20 years and developed a deep bond with her colleagues. To pay tribute to Meechok, her fellow workers delivered five different performances in front of her coffin.
The most emotional show was the lip-syncing of Whitney Houston’s popular hit “And I Will Always Love You,” delivered by a tearful ladyboy clad in a black dress.
