People no longer have to camp out in front of Central Banga from 6am to get a passport or pay a motorbike taxi driver to do it because the Department of Consular Affairs at Chaengwattana Government Complex will open again on Monday, according to Director-General Thongchai Chasawath.

The Chaengwattana office will be able issue as many as 20,000 passports per day, but due to the curfew, the printing process and delivery could take up to seven days compared to the normal four days without the curfew.

Thongchai says citizens can also book their appointment online, and they accept 1,400 online appointments per day, Sanook reported.
