At least 10 shops were destroyed by fire this morning at the Chatuchak Weekend Market.
Word of a blaze in the popular weekend shopping destination reached police at about 7am, and firefighters arrived soon after. No one was injured as the market was closed at the time, according to the Bangkok Post.
The destroyed stalls were in the clothing and decoration area No. 12.
