Make your 5th-grade teacher proud at a calligraphy workshop

Everyone wishes they paid more attention during the “how to write in cursive” lessons in 5th grade, with the hope their writing would be a little more legible than it is today. Those who fall under this category may want to pull out the quill and parchment they saved from the Harry Potter souvenir shops and attend the upcoming calligraphy workshop by Huy Hoang Dao.

Huy Hoang Dao is a renowned calligraphy artist based in Hanoi, Vietnam, who incorporates penmanship techniques such as Copperplate, Spencerian, Artistic Writing, Offhand Flourishing, Italic, French Roundhand, and many more.

His upcoming workshop in Bangkok, which is part of his Southeast Asia tour, will feature two classes of the dip pen technique; Artistic Writing on Oct 3, and Spencerian Script Oct 4 in an attempt to turn your writing from basic to unique in a bid to make your 5th-grade English teacher proud.
