Make decisions without real consequences in Wisut Ponnimit’s interative art exhibition

Philosophers and artists share a common interest in reflecting the society that surrounds them or their impact within society. For those that dwell on the roads not taken or wonder what the circumstances of their actions could be, Wisut Ponnimit’s latest exhibition “Melo House” may satisfy some curiosities.

Wisut is an artist inspired by buddhist philosophy and simple day-to-day events. His latest work “Melo House” consists of a labyrinth in which the protagonist, Mamuang, goes through a series of events.

The audience takes on the role of the character and is given the responsibility of making choices that will unravel a certain storyline.

If you’re someone who’d rather stare at the wall than face the consequences of your actions in the real world, Wisut Ponnimit’s exhibition at the Bangkok CityCity Gallery may be just the to strategize without the consequences.
