Damn you, 2020. One of the year’s most-anticipated festivals announced it’s not happening in November as planned.

Slated to return for its third outing for thousands of expected attendees, the Maho Rasop Festival will instead take place in late 2021, organizers announced today.

“Due to challenging nature of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we regret to announce that Maho Rasop Festival 2020 will be postponed to 20-21 November 2021. This difficult decision has been made with everyone’s safety as our highest priority.”

Those who purchased the tickets can proceed online to get refunds until Oct. 15. Refunds, excluding fees, will take 30 to 45 business days.

Since it kicked off in 2018, Maho Rasop earned fest cred for combining local and international acts from diverse genres on outdoor stages at Live Park Rama IX.

Since the pandemic began earlier this year, festivals and gigs around the globe have been canceled or postponed indefinitely including Coachella, Tomorrowland and Summer Sonic.
