Always-on promoters Have You Heard? have the third in their series of Jam Night Live – The International Series. Following a show by the Montreal-based Homeshake in January, and a stellar sold-out performance by Vancouver’s Peach Pit last week, they hope to top those events with a Brooklyn trio that’s close to their hearts.
Tonight at Voice Space, Brooklyn’s Beach Fossils will lull you into a happy place with their lo-fi brand of indie/ dream/ surf pop that references early ’80s easy listening as well. Hits like Daydream, Adversity, and Shallow have made them a staple on many laid-back indie playlists.
This is actually the trio’s second performance in Bangkok, they played here five years ago and put on a super solid show. It will be interesting to see how they grown and changed in that time.
They are supported by UK dream pop act act Her’s, and Thai alt-rockers Safeplanet.
