There are a whole lot of hoys in the newest release by the Los Angeles-based Thai hip-hop gang Thaikoon. To spell out the reference for you, hoy means shell and is also slang for pussy in Thai.
And no, Thaikoon is not shy about the word’s second meaning. Throughout the song, you will hear hoy nearly every second with its vulgar definition spot-on.
“Walking in to the club, there’re hoys all around,” it proclaims. “All hoys on me. You know tonight is going down.”

Thaikoon debuted its first album “The Movement” in 2009.
According to their bio, Thaikoon “came together in late 2007 with one goal in mind – to unleash their brand of LA-style hip hop to Thai audiences” and is best known for “Turp Noi” and “Nar Darn.”
