Go Left or Right? Beloved cartoon Nong Mamuang makes decisions in new exhibit

Nong Mamuang is back but better. Now, she is accompanied by her friend as they play and make daily life decisions.

Bangkok CityCity Gallery is hosting the solo exhibition LR by Wisut Ponnimit, the animator, multi-instrumentalist, and creator of the well-known cartoon character Nong Mamuang.

Deeply rooted in Buddhist philosophy, the protagonist of the exhibition, the beloved Nong Mamuang, will take visitors through a journey of making LR, Left or Right, decisions through live animation. The viewer will be left contemplating the motive of their actions and learn the consequences of their decisions.

Believing that everybody has the right to choose, the artist tells a story along with teaching a life lesson to the viewers through Nong Mamuang and friends.
