Get the pumped up kicks, kids: Foster the People is coming to Bangkok

American rock band Foster the People, known for their hit “Pumped Up Kicks,” is coming to Bangkok next year.

Five years after “Pumped Up Kicks” won the Rock Song of the Year title at Billboard Music Awards, Bangkok will finally get to see them perform live. To support their latest album “Sacred Hearts Club,” the band is touring Asia and is scheduled to play in Bangkok on Jan. 28, 2018 at Moonstar Studio.

The early bird tickets go on sale on Oct. 21 at THB2,300.

Foster the People was founded by Mark Foster in Los Angeles in 2009. The group achieved success with the 2011 release of their debut album Torches, which has sold nearly two million albums and over ten million singles worldwide.

The band is also known for their hits “Don’t Stop (Color on the Walls),” “Houdini,” and “Helena Beast.”
