French photographer saves on framing costs by displaying photos on fabrics

Traveling the world and experiencing new cultures is an amazing luxury that some of us can’t afford. However, French photographer Pascal Quennehen will share his experiences in his upcoming photographic exhibition, “Traces à part” (Aside the tracks)

Quennehen, is a photojournalist and portraitist who has been traveling since the age of 15.

He buys a fabric or a piece of apparel from the region of his photograph for his pictures with the excuse of capturing the full essence of the geographical region.

If you are interested in seeing the world through this traveler’s eyes, or would like to explore new fabrics, Quennehen will be opening his exhibition at the Golden Tortoise on September, 24.
