Bangkok Psycho, a deviant art concept created by photographer Dop Ameen, presents The Bride Edition Erotic Art Exhibition at Maggie Choo’s in June.
Exploring the sexual aspects of masculine identity, the young Thai female bodies in the 15 erotic compositions are represented as objects of desire. Paradoxically, the mask of death is worn by the females, representing an interrogating mirror facing a man that constantly reminds them of consequences.
The mask encourages the man to reflect on his motivation, which either pushes him to submit to or resist his urges. In each black and white photograph, the man is placed facing his desire to represent considering a choice.
The compositions gives the viewer freedom to analyze and reach their own personal conclusion. Did the man submit to his desire or resist his urges?
On the other hand, the bride figure allows young women hoping for a conceptual and artistic experience of self-discovery to investigate their own fantasies and be aware of a feeling of being possessed.
If you are ready to explore “weird erotic art photography,” don’t miss this free art exhibition.
