Calling all deviants: There’s a kink conclave/caucus happening next month in Patpong.
Dress, play, and learn at “Kink Empire – Into the Dark,” a fetish ball and workshop organized by Fetish Thailand on Nov. 25 at Patpong’s Candle Light Studio.
From 3pm to 6pm, bring your friends and partners to learn about the art of BDSM.
While there is no dress code for the public session, bondage gear is required to enter the main event, reserved for 20+, starting at 8pm. There will be a bar, wardrobe area, a “play corner,” and a “safe space” if you just want to talk with respect and consent. Shibari shows and DJs are also planned at the event.
As for the dress code, don’t shy away from your fetish – nothing is off-limits. Rubber down, get your leather on, cosplay as your favorite furry, doll up in drag or burlesque. Goth, punks and metalheads are also welcome.
Those only interested in the workshop can buy tickets for THB500. If you want to skip workshop foreplay and head straight to the event, then it’s THB1,000. Attending both will cost THB1,300.
Candle Light Studio is located one floor above the Patpong Museum, next to go-go bar Black Pagoda, a short ride from BTS Sala Daeng or MRT Silom.
