The Guess “30 Sexy Years” anniversary party last week had two main highlights:
1. Celebrity love birds appearing on the catwalk for the first time
2. Some lesser-known models spontaneously putting on a raunchy act for the after-party.
Since it was raining that night we took our time getting to the Four Seasons for fear of heavy traffic. By the time we arrived a friend told us what we’d missed out on, “There were hot topless guys dancing on the bar… so sexy!”
We did, however, get to see the main attraction of the night – local super models Louis Scott and his girlfriend Noon Ramida Prapasnobol trotting down the catwalk together for the first time. Party attendees appreciated the significance of their appearance and cheered wildly as they showed off the Guess Fall 2012 Collection with other famed Bangkok models like the gorgeous Son Yuj Songpaisan and Teiya Rogers. Off the runway, Thai celebrity Nicole Angelique Theriault was also wearing Guess fashion.
After the fashion show, guests shifted their attention to the open bar and the party continued. Green laser beams and plenty of smoke filled the ballroom at the Four Seasons to get everyone in the after-party mood. One guy was balancing a blinking shot glass on his head. A train of people weaved through the crowd single-file shouting “Whoohoo!” the whole way.
It was a great party, and it was only about to get more cray.
Later, a non-official female dancer who looked like a model got up on the triangular end of the stage shaped like the Guess logo and stayed dancing there for quite some time. She was so spirited we all agreed someone should’ve paid her. It was a refreshing change of scene to have her break up the all-male dancers on stage, which was beginning to feel like G.O.D. When a second girl joined her someone commented, “We officially have drunk Russians.”
Soon two male models got up there to partner up with the girls. Drunk Russian number one proceeded to undress her man as they grinded. The models danced their hearts out as if they were casting for a job (or a soft porn). They refused to get off the stage.
They finally did come down to ground level only to be replaced by a rather bodacious girl who kept grabbing onto the pole like she was going to dance on it – but luckily she was only holding on for balance.
