We here at Coconuts were stoked to find out that American power-folk trio Dodos were stopping by Bangkok, and now we are even more stoked to learn that the concert has been moved to a venue where the booze shall freely flow. Huzzah!
SUPERSWEET Live!, the promotion cabal behind Dodos Day Fest, has moved the miniature festival from its original haunts at Siam Society to Centerpoint Studio, on Sukhumvit 105.
In addition to its namesake group, the concert will also feature performances by Beforechamp, Basement Tape, Dok-Mai-Baan and Bear Garden. SUPERSWEET also promises a seemingly random (but nonetheless compelling) collection of ancillary activities, including a hula-hoop contest and a tote-painting workshop.
