A hotel in Chinatown will join hands with a dispensary to hold an educational weed workshop later this month.

In collaboration with The Dispensary by Taratera, Asai Chinatown Hotel will host the two-hour “WorldWideWeed – Sensory Workshop”. During the interactive event, participants can learn all about the various varieties of cannabis and how to identify different strains using their senses. The workshop will be led by The Dispensary’s budtenders.

The event is meant to “break the negative stigmas” surrounding marijuana by highlighting the scientific, medicinal, and wellness benefits of the plant.

The Dispensary by Taratera will also set up shop at the hotel for the day.

Tickets are THB950 and are available for online purchase

The workshop will take place from 4pm on August 20 at Asai Bangkok Chinatown. The hotel is located on Charoen Krung Road and reachable via MRT Wat Mangkon.
