Canadian vocalist Celine Dion will finally make her Bangkok debut in July — twenty years after she topped the charts across the world with “My Heart Will Go On,” on the soundtrack for Titanic.
Dion, who has five Grammy Awards, chose Bangkok as the last city to wrap up her Asian tour on July 23. This is the singer’s first time in the region and she is looking to make a debut in Taipei and Coconuts sister cities Jakarta, Singapore, and Manila.
Even Dion herself cannot believe it’s taken this long for her to come to Bangkok, according to a video message to Thai fans.
Her Bangkok concert will take place at Impact Arena. Ticket prices start at THB2,000, and they go on sale on Feb. 3 on Thaiticketmajor.
