With thousands dead and hundreds of thousands suffering in Nepal, a lot of people want to help.
But traveling there to do so means becoming another burden, meaning the best way to help remains cash.
So instead of booking a flight to Kathmandu, drive down to Pattaya later this month for a blues benefit concert at the Silverlake Vineyard.
All proceeds, from ticket sales, drinks, food and all will be given to the Thai Red Cross for donation to relief efforts in Nepal.
So far the charity concert will feature Grid Acoustic Boy, Andy Martin, Vintager, Juke, Yamin, Jam Session Oddy Blues, Guntrum, Benz Blues, Ped Bluesman, Poo Harmonica, Pong Banglumpoo and Ton Dezember. It’s organized by Blues Power, created by musician Yamin and a partner to raise money for disaster relief.
Tickets are THB300 and can be bought at Silverlake Vineyard. More ways to get tickets will be announced soon.
