After what seemed like the longest two years of our lives, a favorite Thonglor dance den at 72 Courtyard will finally reopen.
On May 12, before the long weekend starts, Beam will kick the party off again after its dance floor went dark two years ago with a return to its electronic roots: Montreal DJ-producer Jacques Greene and Berlin-based French DJ Alex From Tokyo spin.
When it opened in 2016, Beam was dedicated to quality DJs delivering energetic deep house and techno tracks before turning its main dance floor over to a hip-hop format in 2018.
Beam was billed as Asia’s first “body kinetic” dance floor that shakes the vibes into revelers’ feet.
