Asian Sensation coming to Bangkok

The massive techno party phenomenon known as Sensation that has swept the globe is stopping by Bangkok in August thanks to Heineken.

Although the specific lineup for Bangkok hasn’t been announced yet, what we do know is that this event is essentially a giant indoor electronic music festival that originated in the Netherlands, where it has sold 45,000 tickets within minutes of the sale opening. The show has gone on to take place in various countries in Europe as well as Brazil, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

The edition of the show scheduled for Bangkok on August 18th sees Impact Arena transformed into a giant water world, with 48 fountains shooting water in unison with the bumpin’ techno beats.  There will be approximately 2.1 million liters of water running through the show every hour— this mass consumption of water might create some extra room in the dams to help lessen next year’s impending flood crisis.

The production value of this event certainly has the potential to rival Lady Gaga’s performance earlier this year, but we’ll have to wait for the lineup to be announced before we can get really pumped up.

We hear that VIP tickets are already sold out, so act quickly to secure a ticket that allows you access to the action.
