20+ artists to join in ‘Gang Bang’

The sum of human endeavors rests on the mighty shoulders of one seminal instinct: Our insatiable desire to bang, boink and bugger.

Here in Bangkok, where people may even baise, som and fokken, the Toot Yung Art Center will stage its erotic, group exhibitionism next month.

Led by street artist P7, more than 20 Thai and expat artists will show at “Gang Bang,” an event about more than titillation, according to this convincing art-speak:

“Desire is the ultimate revealer of our emotions,” reads the news release. “And in an artistic context, sex and all its adornments can become one of our most visceral acts, where our feelings may be at their most honest, where we may lose control and get carried away by the simple need to express ourselves freely.”

Uh-huh. Despite the absence of the word “boobs,” we think they’re a safe bet.

Opening Nov. 8, the exhibition promises to push the envelope with sexy illustrations, 3D “kinetic pieces,” prints and more “to enhance all visitors’ fantasies and libido!”

Oh my!
