Italian chef to revisit his roots with new Sathorn restaurant ‘Antito’

Diners may know Amerigo Sesti as the chef at fine-dining stalwart J’aime by Jean-Michel Lorain, or for his spectacular handle of top-level French cuisine.

Unlike his previous work in Bangkok, Sesti’s latest project Antito revisits his Italian roots in Bergamo, a city northeast of Milan. This zesty bar-restaurant promises creative Italian cuisine without compromising authenticity — soul food reinterpreted through the lens of a chef of Sesti’s caliber.

Though the dishes remain under wraps for now, we do know that Antito is set to open in early December. Stay tuned for more.

Antito will be located on the 14th floor of the Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn on Sathorn Tai Road.
