It was a chance encounter between two world-worn souls. According to legend, the DJ known as Jaydubb was wandering through Chatuchak Weekend Market when “for the first time since his arrival in the city of angels heard some real shit-hot angelic music from this little bar by the side of the street.”
He introduced himself to the DJ, who was said to be “playing pirated CDs on some rusty Denons at our beloved Viva Bar. Words were exchanged, invitations to come and jam with Zeek were issued, and the rest is a history of sorts.”
Two grown men with a mutual love for music and each other will celebrate their five years together and “Get a Room” on Friday night at Studio Lam.
