Vistro named Bangkok’s best meatless joint at the ‘Veggie Oscars’

Vistro, a vegan fusion bistro in Soi Sukhumvit 24, was named the best plant-based joint in Bangkok at a weekend vegan awards ceremony.

Hosted by plant-based blog and sustainability platform Root the Future, its second vegan awards were chosen by popular acclaim, with more than 20,000 votes cast. In addition to Bangkok, awards went to Chiang Mai favorite Goodsouls Kitchen and, on Phuket, The Vegan Table won diners’ hearts. 

This year’s announcement also included new categories like Best Plant-Based Seafood, Best Plant-Based Ready Meal, Best Plant-Based Cheap Eats and Best Vegan-Friendly Hotel.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the announcement ceremony was held virtually.
