Co-owners Dheeraj Mirpuri and Ravi Sukaree offer a healthy spin on fast food with their plant-based kitchen — no eggs, meat, or dairy involved.
At Holy Burger, juicy plant-based patties pack a selection of seven different burgers. Many come on charcoal buns, like Truffle Pleasures (THB299), a fried no-chicken burger drenched in tangy, house-made burger sauce and truffle vegan mayo, and Beyond Bliss (THB289), a burger featuring a Beyond patty piled high with crispy French fries and sprouts and topped with Sriracha sauce and smoked vegan mayo.
The Holy One (THB279), a Beyond patty with house-made burger sauce, jalapenos, onions, and tomato, comes on a classic bun. The Green Queen (THB229), on the other hand, lets you go green entirely with a spinach patty paired with rocket, caramelized onions, tomato, and garlic aioli on a leaf-green bun.
Order a set to get curly fries and a drink too (from THB298), or get curly fries (THB89), onion rings (THB99), or Rooster Nuggets (THB120/6 pieces; THB150/10 pieces) on the side.
Expect new burgers every quarter with additional side options.
Holy Burger is currently operating as a delivery-only kitchen, but there are plans to open a retail location in the future. It is available to order via their website, Grab Food, or Line Man.
