Wanna “Meena” Kithen, 30, was named the prettiest Hooters waitress in Phuket after she won the Miss Hooters Phuket Swimsuit Pageant, held in Patong on Sunday.
Maria Ann Paola Pmbrog Santiago, 24, and Aimee Ann Dulguimee Villar, 27, both from the Philippines, were crowned runner-up and second runner-up, respectively.
The contestants showed off their assets in three main categories — bikini, cocktail dress and Hooters uniform.
Meena took home THB20,000 and will join the winners of the Miss Hooters Bangkok and Miss Hooters Pattaya 2016 pageants — Neera Wongai and Jessica Arra, respectively — on a trip to Las Vegas to compete in the Miss Hooters International finals later this year.
Meena, as well as the other Hooters Thailand reps, will now vie for the chance to win a grand prize of USD30,000 (about THB1.05 million) cash as well as a lucrative contract to become the international brand ambassador for Hooters restaurants. Wow.
