Following a swirling gyre of rumors, the management of Bangkok’s Bed Supperclub has finally made it official: The nightlife mainstay will shutter its doors on August 31.
BK Magazine has the full write up of the announcement, wherein they mention that the delicious (and divisive) nightlife institution has opted for a timely retirement, rather than the costly facelift it would need to remain competitive.
Those unfamiliar with the Soi 11 pioneer will have the next three months to enjoy its lavish nightlife offerings and infamous, bedroom-themed dining room.
Love it or hate it, the decade that Bed Supperclub spent at the pinnacle of Bangkok’s nightlife undoubtedly helped shape the city, so, Bed Supperclub, may the wind be forever at your back.
