Hailing from Tokyo, Cow Cow Kitchen — which landed in Bangkok’s Siam Paragon just last month — is now on the radar of many sweet-craving souls in Bangkok thanks to its signature Milk Cheese Pie.
Specializing in a choux-pie pastry concept, Cow Cow Kitchen is currently seeing a long line of customers who are waiting to savor the shop’s Milk Cheese Pie fresh from the oven. The flaky, crispy puff pie is stuffed with mascarpone cheese made from Hokkaido dairy and rich cream sourced from a farm in France.
Cow Cow Kitchen’s Milk Cheese Pie is priced at THB85 per piece. It’s also sold in a box of five for THB395 (that’s THB30 less per piece, if our calculations are correct). The shop also offers other dessert items including Fresh Milk Whipped Cheese Boba, Honey & Gorgonzola Cookies and Cow Cow Soft Cream.
Cow Cow Kitchen originally launched last year and is run by Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory, a Japanese brand best known for its cakes, cookies, and soft serve made with creamy Hokkaido milk.
The store is located on the ground floor of the Siam Paragon shopping mall.
