Thailand’s love affair with versatile, dehydrated noodle brand Mama has gone from a simmer to a boil with its first restaurant in western Bangkok.
The instant noodle brand has opened its first restaurant, Mama Station, dedicated to churning out their affordable bowls of noodles and other dishes inspired by their products.
Located at the LPN Park Phetkasem 98 Mini Mall, the restaurant boasts a variety of noodles, ranging from the all-time classic moo sab (minced pork, THB49) to Korean-inspired flavors like stir-fried Korean hot sauce (THB89) and Korean hot pot noodles (THB139).
The venue also offers certain creative dishes like mama fried chicken (THB39) for which instant dried noodle crumbs coat the chicken — a nod to a Thai childhood favorite.
Thais, expats, and tourists alike, can’t say no to Mama, an instant cup of noodles that comes in handy for late-night cravings and cost-saving meals.
The brand is set to expand further with more franchises, so check out its most recent updates.
Mama Station at LPN Park Phetkasem 98 Mini Mall in Bangkok’s Bang Khae district is open 11am until 8pm every day.
