Done getting low at hip-hop hangout Sugar? Finished happy hour at Hemingway’s? End your Soi 11 misadventures with live music and free beers Wednesday at Bang Bang Sauce Factory as it celebrates three years of juicy burgers.
Dress in funky and glitter disco streetwear for the funk-themed party starting at 6pm with free beer as well as rock, soul, and funk sets as well as a performance by Norwood Young’s Hollywood Soul Trio at 6:30pm. Former Def Jam record manager and DJ Paulie Sirisant will take over the decks followed by DJ Sonny Amerie dishing out dance tunes from 11pm to closing.
Along with a straightforward menu of burgers, sammies, and sides, Bang Bang hit the scene with an award-winning design by Shelley Kwok in a simple, dive-bar style with neon lights and good vibes.
The space and venue have evolved quite a bit since opening during the pandemic, including the addition of wraps, wings, and 10 beers on tap. Not long after the restrictions were lifted, the site also started featuring live music from local artists and DJs in one of Bangkok’s favorite nightlife sois.
