Instakitchen Bangkok E6: Mae Sa-Ing’s sakoo sai moo

On episode 6 of the mega delicious Instakitchen Bangkok series, Coconuts TV visits the Nang Loeng Market in the city’s heritage district to try Mae Sa-Ing’s sakoo sai moo.

The stall is over 60 years old now and is run by her niece Sukjai, who continues to make the chewy steamed tapioca balls filled with seasoned ground pork and peanut, and served fresh with lettuce.

Mae Sa-Ing’s stall also sells the rice dumpling version of this favorite Thai appetizer, called khao kriab pak moh.
