‘Guss Damn Good’ so darn smooth now that it’s scooping out soft serve

Starting today, Bangkok’s favorite high-end ice cream slingers are offering their first-soft serve.

Known for their popular artisan flavors and quality natural ingredients, Guss Damn Good announced last night that it would begin selling soft serve today at Cassette Music Bar inside the EmQuartier shopping mall.

“This texture is what we have been waiting for!” the brand wrote. “It is very smooth, creamy, thick, fresh – all combined to be called Guss Soft Serve.”

Soft serve is a frozen dessert that’s similar to ice cream but has a softer and less dense texture because more air is incorporated in the mix during freezing.

Guss Damn Good has ballooned over the years, with stores in Thonglor, Sathorn, Central World, and EmQuartier, and soft serve marks a departure from its neatly designed cups.

Just  last month, Guss Damn Good unveiled a new spot at The Commons Saladaeng dedicated to making sundaes such as PBJ Time (THB180), which sees fresh milk ice cream topped off with jelly, chunky berry, brioche, and roasted peanuts.
