After opening its second branch in leafy Soi Tonson, the Sarnies team did not wait long to put a new branch in the oven dedicated to tangy, chewy, slow-fermented bread.

Dubbed Sarnies Sourdough, this newly opened shop boasts a menu filled with pastries, indulgent toasties, and sourdough loaves baked fresh daily using only sustainable stoneground flour farmed and milled in Australia.

Try their signature cruffins, available in five flavors, including Thai coconut custard and lemon basil meringue (THB160 each). For something heartier, go for the salmon chowder bread bowl (THB330), or kimchi bacon cheese toastie (THB350). For those who are vegetarians and fancy Aussie spread to kick start their day, well, just order vegemite cheese toastie (THB330.)

While Sarnies is known for their freshly roasted coffee, their house-made kombucha is not to be missed, either. Try the apple and cinnamon (THB120) or lychee and kaffir lime (THB120) for a refreshing, tangy twist.

The bakery will soon offer an evening pizza menu with a bunch of beers, wines, and cocktails, too.

Sarnies Sourdough is located in Soi Charoen Krung 42/1, just the next alley from its original Sarnies cafe in Soi Charoen Krung 44. It opens from 7am through 4pm every day.
