Smith restaurant wants to bring out your “Broman.”
They’ve looking for 10 brave Centurions with a healthy disregard for their liver to down a shot of beer every minute for 100 minutes in a Roman-themed contest.
That’s roughly 3.5 liters of beer in a short amount of time.
The brew in question is the easily managed: Brewerkz Golden Ale, a light-bodied beer that’s ideal for rapid consumption.
To offset the effects of massive beer intake there will be a BBQ buffet to soak up the booze.
Contestants will be given three bathroom breaks, and three sobriety tests. Those who pass will advance to the next round.
But if you puke, you’re out.
Smith has offered up THB6,500 (in credit) to the winner, THB2,000 for second place and a six-pack of craft beer to the guy or gal who comes in third. The entrance fee is THB900.
So get a thematically confused start to St. Patrick’s Day on Saturday at Smith’s Garden Patio.
