Gourmet Market, the grocery retailer known for its selection of premium and foreign products, will open at the Lat Phrao MRT station in September.
The grocery store will be located near the station’s parking lot, and this will be the first time that Gourmet Market is coming to a subway station, Bangkok Post reported.
There are currently eight locations of the supermarket including Siam Paragon, Terminal 21, Emquartier, Emporium, The Promenade, Crystal Ratchapruek, The Mall Bangkapi, and The Mall Bangkae.
Located right at Ratchada-Lat Phrao intersection, the Lat Phrao MRT station is a gateway to the large suburb and a large transit point where many locals park their cars to transfer to the buses and trains that take them to the city center.
