Eleven culinary maestros and rising stars will converge on a riverside hotel this month to create 11 unique dishes for a one-time event running three days.

Previously set in Hong Kong, the Off Menu gastronomical event will debut in Bangkok with a chef lineup that includes Christian Martena of Italian fine diner Clara, Wilfrid Hocque of contemporary French joint Blue by Alain Ducasse, Sujira “Aom” Pongmorn from Michelin-starred fine-dining den Sawaan, Napol “Joe” Jantraget of modern Thai diner 80/20, and chef-celeb Pichaya “Pam” Soontornyanakij.

Guests will get 11 dishes exclusively made by the chefs, plus three drinks – glasses of wine or cocktails concocted by guest bartenders. The event will also see live performances with musical acts to be announced at a later date.

Off Menu runs March 26-28 at The Peninsula Bangkok. The luxe hotel is located beside the Chao Phraya River in Soi Charoen Nakhon 11 and can be reached from BTS Charoen Nakhon.

Advance tickets, available online until March 12, are THB2,480. They will be THB2,880 at the door.
