He also said that the rapid urbanization of the country is another enticing aspect of the emerging market, according to The Bangkok Post.
The move to double Yum’s presence could benefit Thailand by creating an additional 14,00 jobs, bringing the totally up to 28,000 after all the franchises have been opened. Thailand is regarded as one of the top ten global markets for the Yum brands, of which 60% of revenue comes from emerging markets.
