Who said fusion was dying? An off-the-beaten-path eatery called Triple Ate(888) just opened up and serves fusion dishes such as salmon larb and spicy prawn pasta. The restaurant follows the redecorated old house model and sticks to a black and white theme throughout. The Australian chef has dreamed up some interesting dishes among the standard fusion fare—888 chicken (pictured above) is one of them. The house-taurant is located at Prachanivet Village.
