Coconuts TV: Not-so-spicy Central Thai street food at Khon Muang Lop Khrua Muang Ling

Coconuts Bangkok editors Shane Danaher and Praj Kiatpongsan hit the streets of Ratchathewi to sample the not-so-spicy Central Thai cuisine on offer at Khon Muang Lop Khrua Muang Ling, a restaurant whose name literally translates to “Lopburi people, monkey town’s kitchen.” What followed was a feast of Kaeng Som Cha-om Thot (sour and spicy soup with acacia omelette and prawns), Yam Pla Duck Foo (deep fried catfish with mango salad), and Pla Kaphong Tod Nampla (deep fried seabass with fish sauce) amongst other dishes, and a chat with the famous kitchen’s chef.
