Classic Thai tea crafters Cha Tra Mue (Number One Tea) have just introduced a cool new product. Literally. It’s soft serve ice cream made from their famous Thai tea. Predictably, tea lovers and foodies alike are queuing up to try the latest tasty fad.
So far, the frozen tea is only available at their Terminal 21 and Don Mueang Airport locations but we suspect that, as the hot summer wears on, they may introduce it in more shops.
Even though it only costs THB45 per cone or cup, we have a feeling they could make tons of money off of this sweet idea.
Online commenters have said that the icy treat tastes much like the original tea and is, shockingly, not sickeningly sweet.
