At a dedicated space in Sathorn, these upscale vacation elements are lifted right from the beach and into Bangkok’s pop-up. Simulating the candlelit dinner style, the venue is bathed in sunset lighting, decorated with potted plants, and light wood furniture.
It also includes an open bamboo-made kitchen area and bar counter for diners to get an up close view of the preparation process.
Led by chef Simone Scarparo, the restaurant follows the concept of “sustainable mindful cuisine,” sourcing and elevating local Thai produce—especially ingredients that are native to Samui such as seafood and coconuts.
