SOULS OF BANGKOK – Piam, 16 years old, was photographed at the Central Lat Phrao cross-over. Piam likes Bangkok’s modernity and his favorite area of the city is Siam. He wants to study photography at Chiang Mai University and take pictures of nature. “I miss my home and my family,” he said.
Souls of Bangkok is a new Coconuts series of street portrait photography inspired by Brandon Stanton’s Humans of New York. Every human has a story to tell, and we intend to share some from the millions of souls who call Bangkok home.
