SOULS OF BANGKOK — After Natchai Meksukree opened a little teashop at Siam Square with three friends almost two years ago, he became a tea lover. And now he describes everything using tea-based metaphors. The city: “If Bangkok were a cup of tea in one of our menu, I think Bangkok would be a 0% sweet Milk Tea.” Then, he explained, its people: “A Bangkokian is like Milk Tea, which as a basic drink … very fluid and can be added with many flavors and toppings. It’s a non-finite drink.” Ahh, the power of caffeine.
