The pumpkins are a’leering, the ghosts a’boo-ing and treats a’baking. Bangkok is bracing for a big fright at the end of this month, and given the record amount of preparations we’ve seen going down, it seems fair to predict this is the year Halloween will fully conquer the capital city.
