Fancy a bite of cookie dough? Not the kind with stomach-upsetting raw ingredients, though. Scoops of unbaked treats are what Dohkie serves, made safe for consumption by nixing raw eggs in the mixture and heat treating the flour. So really, you can now have your cookie batter and eat it, too.

Available in six flavors (from $4) that you can have with soft serve ice cream ($2.50) or drink as a milkshake (from $7), the “doh” can also be brought home in takeaway tubs ($10) for a lazy afternoon on your couch. The original chocolate chip with dark choc bits is probably the most standard option, followed by brownie batter and cookies and cream.

For a scoop of colorful sprinkles, try the birthday cake flavor, or go for a salty/sweet combination with peanut butter and pretzels. Alternatively, lemon tart offers a tangy change of scenery from all that saccharine goodness with digestive biscuit crumbs and white chocolate chunks.

If you’re feeling brave, try all six in one cup ($10), where the base layer of vanilla soft serve sits below tiny cones topped with the cookie dough.

Dohkie’s basement stall may look like any other ice cream parlor, but if you’re ever in the Clarke Quay vicinity before midnight, these cookie dough bites make for a sweet snack.
